I got tired of buying bottled water / jugs from the store and then filling my fridge with them to keep them cold. This solves the problem. Big ol jug is reasonably priced and lasts a lot longer than the other jugs. This water cooler heats and cools water. And my favorite part is there is a safety on the hot water so kids/pets can’t hurt themselves. Very happy with this cooler.

We purchased this product to replace the one we had for many years. We filter our water through a Berkey so the water taste fine. The capacity depends on the bottle not the cooler. Installation is a no brainer. No manual came with it. Our biggest complaint is that it is really noisy.

Great cooler. I grew up having a water cooler and decided it was time to ditch the tap and go back to the water cooler. Started a Poland Spring subscription and ordered this - works great, simple setup, no issues at all. Not particularly loud and not constantly running. It just runs to cool the internal water temperature and then stops when it's done. Exactly as I wanted. My favorite part is the levers as opposed to buttons for the dispensing, I guess I just prefer the feel of the lever. Overall very happy with the purchase. Haven't tried hot water as I don't really need it.
